Alchory

Alchory is a form of paracarminical magic performed by motion, the details of the movement—speed, direction, acceleration—determining the effect. The movement is often performed in the form of dance, although in some arcana hand gestures suffice; it may also involve the movement of external objects, not just the body of the performer. In hospers where both alchory and alchemy exist, the phrase "alchemy and alchory" is often used metonymically to refer to paracarminical magics in general.
